Residential Staff

This role is responsible for providing a therapeutic milieu to ensure the health and safety of children in care while implementing the child caring program under the supervision of a Residential Staff Supervisor. The position involves supervising residents, teaching basic life skills, administering medication, and maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and daily events. Staff members must also be prepared to manage crises and maintain a safe, clean environment for the children.
