Residential Overnight Float

YSS is seeking energetic night owls to join the team as a Residential Overnight Float, providing essential overnight support across Child Welfare Emergency Services shelters and Residential Addiction Treatment programs. The role involves moving between facilities to maintain safe and secure environments, supporting overnight staff, and assisting with the supervision and care of youth and residential clients. This active, independent position requires remaining awake, alert, and engaged throughout the entire shift to ensure facility security and resident well-being.
