Residential Relief

The Residential Relief position provides as-needed coverage to the Residential, Youth and Emergency Services (RYES) programs, managing facility operations and ensuring participant safety and well-being. The role involves delivering housing stability and support services using trauma-informed care and harm reduction modalities while maintaining facility cleanliness and coordinating with team members. Relief staff will support program objectives, document participant interactions, and assist in training volunteers and junior personnel.
