Residential Services Coordinator

The Residential Services Coordinator provides direct peer support, engagement, and guidance to Transitional Age Youth participating in the Housing Our Youth program. This role focuses on relationship-building, mentoring, and supporting youth in navigating housing resources, behavioral health services, and independent living skills to promote stability and self-sufficiency. The coordinator works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to help establish and meet team goals and objectives.
