Urban Street Angels
The Residential Services Coordinator provides direct peer support, engagement, and guidance to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) participating in the Housing Our Youth (HOY) program. This role assists with participant engagement, resource navigation, and leading group exercises while monitoring participant progress. The position centers on relationship-building, mentoring, and supporting youth in navigating housing resources, behavioral health services, and community supports to promote stability and self-sufficiency.
Since 2012, Urban Street Angels has worked to end youth homelessness in San Diego and beyond through innovative support programs.
