Residential Supervisor

The Residential Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for 2–4 Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while directly supervising Direct Support Professional teams. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services and maintains compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency standards. The position fosters a collaborative environment where staff and individuals can achieve personal goals and exercise independence.
