Residential Team Leader

Northeast Kingdom Human Services is seeking a Residential Team Leader to provide management and leadership for two staffed homes in a collaborative behavioral health environment. The role involves assisting the Program Manager with operations, staff supervision, and scheduling while ensuring the physical, emotional, and therapeutic needs of consumers are met.
