Resource Aide - Anne Arundel County Head Start

The Resource Aide supports classroom teachers in providing individualized instruction and managing classroom routines to foster the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development of young children. This role ensures the health, welfare, and safety of children, particularly those with special needs or individualized plans, while contributing to their preparation for school and life success.
