As an Advanced Swim Instructor, you will help intermediate to advanced swimmers strengthen their skills, improve stroke technique, build endurance, and gain confidence in the water. You will combine swim instruction and coaching to create safe, engaging lessons that support each swimmer’s continued development. This role involves leading swim lessons, coaching swimmers in technique and endurance, and providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
