Resource Room Specialist

The Resource Room Specialist provides front-line support to customers at the PA CareerLink® resource center, assisting jobseekers with job search activities, digital intake, and workforce system navigation. The role involves maintaining an organized resource room, conducting outreach to dislocated workers, and connecting customers with available services and community partners. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.
