Resourcing administrator

The Resourcing administrator supports the Resourcing team within the wider HR team by managing the day-to-day administration of the recruitment process and acting as a super user for the recruitment platform. The role involves scheduling interviews, supporting early careers activities, and providing high-standard support to candidates and business stakeholders. It also includes maintaining the applicant tracking system, analyzing recruitment data, and assisting with various HR projects and ad-hoc requests.
