Security Engineer

The Security Engineer is a core member of the Security team responsible for protecting the organization's technology environment through proactive security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity & access governance. The role involves operating a named on-call rota as the primary interface to the external SOC, providing mutual peer backup, and owning formal responsibility for Vulnerability & Compliance and Identity & Access Management disciplines. This position requires hands-on experience with security tooling, incident response processes, and compliance frameworks to ensure the organization's security posture is maintained.
