About this role

As the HR Manager for the Besançon site, you will build and develop a local HR function acting as a key partner to local leadership and the France/Europe HR community. Reporting to the Southern Europe HR Director, you will manage a small HR team, oversee operational HR functions, and drive social relations within an industrial environment. The role involves piloting HR transformation projects, including the Workday deployment, while fostering a strong HR culture and supporting managers.
