Restaurant Management Internship

Hillstone's summer internship is designed for rising seniors interested in restaurant or culinary management careers. Interns gain exposure to the entire business with a focus on daily operations and service, including opportunities to learn management functions like hiring, training, and P&L oversight. Placements are determined by fit and may be assigned to operating teams in various locations across the country.
