Restaurant Management Internship

Hillstone's summer internship is designed for rising seniors with a serious interest in pursuing a career in restaurant or culinary management. Interns gain exposure to the entire business, with a specific focus on daily operations and service, while apprenticing staff-level roles and learning management functions like hiring, training, and P&L oversight. Placements are determined by fit and may be assigned to operating teams in various locations across the country, with a strong focus on East Hampton, NY and Aspen, CO.
