The Restaurant Senior Supervisor – Puna supports the daily leadership of Puna, the signature dining destination at Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, ensuring each service is executed with precision, warmth, and attention to detail while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and the Reserve philosophy. This role oversees service flow, guest engagement, restaurant readiness, and coordination with Culinary, Bar, Stewarding, Reservations, Personal Hosts, and other departments to ensure seamless luxury dining experiences. The position is responsible for maintaining elevated standards of service, grooming, sanitation, safety, security, and operational discipline while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
