The Restaurant Sous Chef at Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Collection, reports to the Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef and is responsible for elevating the brand through exceptional culinary experiences across the resort's dining outlets. This role focuses on driving kitchen operational performance, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards, and maximizing resources to support the property's luxury service ethos.
