Restorative CNA at Greenfield Healthcare Center provides rehabilitative support and personal care to residents within a skilled nursing/post-acute care setting. This full-time day role (7am–3pm) focuses on restorative programming in collaboration with therapy staff. Candidates must be a licensed CNA in Indiana with prior restorative programming experience.
