About this role
A Restorative CNA (Wellness Instructor) at Aegis Therapies supports rehabilitation and wellness programs in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, working alongside the therapy team to help residents maintain or improve function. This full-time daytime role is based onsite at Bethesda Home of Aberdeen and includes onsite restorative training, career development, and employee benefits. The position is focused on delivering individualized wellness programming as part of the EnerG by Aegis approach.
