Restructuring Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Restructuring Associate to join a nationally recognized Am Law firm's New York office, focusing on sophisticated Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and cross-border matters. The role involves representing various stakeholders in complex restructuring matters, drafting legal documents, and conducting strategic analyses. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in restructuring, insolvency, or bankruptcy and will take on meaningful responsibility from day one.
