Retail Department Coordinator

This role oversees Front of Store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and the promotion of loyalty programs within a retail environment. The incumbent leads by example to maintain a clean store, trains team members on front-end principles, and coordinates break schedules and POS coverage. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, enforcing store standards, and supporting shrink reduction and safety goals.
