Retail IT Business Coordinator

The Retail IT Business Coordinator serves as the primary local IT point of contact for Retail operations in Guatemala, bridging business stakeholders, station operators, and regional IT teams. This role combines business analysis with operational ownership to translate local needs into clear IT requirements, coordinate projects and vendor activities, and ensure successful implementation and stabilization of solutions. The position requires a hands-on, field-oriented approach with regular visits to operational sites to validate solutions and support day-to-day IT service continuity.
