Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

The Key Carrier role is an advanced retail position acting as an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating duties to maintain store operations and lead teams as Manager on Duty when needed. Responsibilities include ensuring team adherence to operational procedures, coaching associates, executing opening and closing tasks, and managing customer service issues across nights and weekends. This position requires open availability and the ability to model exceptional customer service while supporting shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
