Retail Shift Supervisor

The Retail Shift Supervisor assists the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of a Goodwill retail store or outlet, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient processing of donated goods. This role involves training staff, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and managing store operations during the manager's absence. The position requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, along with responding to alarm calls outside of regular business hours.
