Retail Store Manager

This position leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a retail store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, assisting with production room leadership as needed. The role focuses on people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, and inventory control to help fund the organization's mission of ending unemployment. The incumbent acts as a key holder, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager while ensuring team members are well-trained and perform according to company standards.
