Retail Store Manager

This position leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Goodwill retail store location, assisting with production room leadership and supporting the organization's mission to end unemployment. The role involves managing people, store operations, customer service, financials, and inventory while ensuring team members are trained and perform to company standards. The incumbent acts as a key holder, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager, with responsibilities that may include travel to other locations.
