Retail Store Manager

This role leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Goodwill retail store location, assisting with production room leadership and driving the organization's mission to end unemployment. The position involves managing people, store operations, customer service, financial management, and inventory control while training and developing team members. The manager is responsible for achieving sales and production goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. This position also requires acting as a key holder, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager.
