Retail Store Manager

This role leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a retail store location, supporting the mission of ending unemployment through effective store management. The position involves overseeing production, managing financial and inventory controls, and ensuring excellent customer service for donors and shoppers. Key responsibilities include team leadership, training, performance management, and acting as a key holder and backup to the Store Manager.
