About this role

This role involves taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of Titan's reward agenda, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking, job grading, and reward governance. The successful candidate will work with an external consultancy to embed and evolve the Group's reward infrastructure while maintaining high standards and accountability. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing business environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of the group's job-grading and levelling framework
Run the annual salary review and bonus cycles end to end for the whole population
Produce statutory gender pay gap calculations and maintain reward governance processes
