RF Product Manager

The RF Product Manager drives the business strategy, commercial success, and customer adoption of GlobalFoundries' RF technology portfolio, including RF SOI, SiGe BiCMOS, and RF GaN. This role is responsible for the profitability and growth of the RF business line, developing product roadmaps, and managing the product lifecycle from concept through high-volume manufacturing. The position serves as a key interface between customers, engineering, sales, and executive leadership to achieve revenue and market-share objectives.
