Risk Adjustment Coordinator, Chart Retrieval

The Risk Adjustment Coordinator, Chart Retrieval is responsible for obtaining complete and legible medical records from providers to support the Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment program. This role manages the end-to-end chart retrieval workflow, including request preparation, provider outreach, follow-up, and secure record handling. The position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure records are retrieved within required timeframes for coding validation and audit defense.
