Risk and Insurance Manager, Development and Construction

The Risk and Insurance Manager, Development and Construction administers the company's construction-related insurance and risk management programs for new construction, acquisition-rehabilitation, and other development activities. This role supports the placement and renewal of builder's risk and construction liability programs, manages subcontractor default insurance, and oversees construction-related claims from initial notice through resolution. The position partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to protect organizational assets and manage construction risk exposure.
