A two-year graduate scheme within M&G’s Risk & Compliance function, starting 14 September 2026, designed to give graduates broad, practical experience across risk and compliance teams. The cohort-based programme combines structured rotations, industry-focused training, and professional development while supporting study for a Level 6 apprenticeship. Participants receive induction, mentorship, and opportunities to network across the business.
