Registered Nurse for the 20-bed ICU at Forbes Hospital providing comprehensive critical care to a diverse trauma, neurology, cardiothoracic, OB trauma, medical and surgical patient population. The role is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, working within a nurse-driven, interdisciplinary team supported by intensivists and trauma surgeons. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, professional development, and participation in quality and safety initiatives. The nurse will also participate in shared governance and may perform charge responsibilities.
