About this role
Under the general direction of the Patient Care Coordinator or the Chief Clinical Officer, the Registered Nurse serves as primary nurse and case manager for assigned patients, providing direct nursing care in accordance with federal and state guidelines. The RN ensures that patients receive appropriate services by the hospice interdisciplinary team, maintaining a high degree of quality care at all times.
