RN RAI Director -FT - Day

This role serves as a central point for communication between nursing departments and patients/families to ensure effective assessment and care planning processes. The incumbent evaluates patient conditions, coordinates interdisciplinary team members, and manages the completion of comprehensive care plans in accordance with federal and state regulations. Supervisory duties include directing the RAI Coordinator and leading patient care conferences.
