This Registered Nurse provides acute, hospital-level care to patients in their homes as part of Geisinger's Acute Hospital Care at Home program. The role is based out of Geisinger Healthplex CenterPoint in Pittston, PA and requires travel to patients' homes. The position is full-time, in-person with schedule flexibility and some weekend/holiday rotation.
