Fall 2026 New Graduate RN Residency Program at The Valley Hospital-Paramus for BSN-prepared nurses beginning mid-September 2026. The program is intended for new graduates with no prior RN/LPN work or less than six months of experience and includes a day-shift orientation followed by transition to night shift. Applicants must meet academic and licensure requirements to enter the residency.
