Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™ at St. Joseph’s Health is a 12-month residency beginning Summer 2026 designed to support newly New York State licensed RNs as they transition into clinical practice. Cohorts start multiple times per year and offer structured mentorship, monthly evidence-based learning, and hands-on experience across specialty tracks.
