About this role
A Resource Registered Nurse in the ICU at SolutionHealth coordinates and oversees the operational flow and staffing on each shift for an 11-bed adult med/surgical intensive care unit. The role provides expert nursing care to critically ill adults recovering from trauma, respiratory and post-surgical conditions, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team including physicians and respiratory therapists.
