RN Resource Team Critical Care

The RN ICU Float is a registered nurse position providing nursing care across the ICU at Banner Baywood Medical Center and the CVICU at Banner Heart Hospital, with additional floating to Med/Surg, PCU, and Obs units as needed. The role is part of Clinical Care Operations supporting patient management across the campus and offers primarily day-shift 12-hour schedules with weekend rotations. The position emphasizes adaptability, continuous learning, and working across multiple acute care settings within the hospital system.
