About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a population-specific group of patients, managing simple to complex multi-system cases in a therapeutic environment. The RN cares for patients across the lifespan, engages with patients and families, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and adheres to specialty and organizational standards. The role reports to the Director or Nurse Manager and may participate in supervision of Licensed Nursing Assistants and unlicensed personnel.
