RN Shift Supervisor

The RN Shift Supervisor coordinates, monitors, and evaluates nursing services during assigned shifts to ensure safe, consistent, and quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at a State Supported Living Center. The role involves providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and training to nursing staff while performing comprehensive assessments, treatments, and emergency responses. This position serves as a key point of contact for interdisciplinary staff and supports the implementation of process improvements to enhance nursing care delivery.
