The RN 2 provides nursing care for population-specific patients across the lifespan, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care in a safe, therapeutic environment. The role involves engaging with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to support patient needs and continuity of care. The RN reports to the Director or Nurse Manager and may supervise nursing assistants and unlicensed personnel.
