RN- Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator

A Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator supports the Trauma Program by managing the Trauma Performance Improvement and Patient Safety (PIPS) Program in alignment with Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation (PTSF) Standards of Accreditation. The role involves continuous evaluation of trauma care, case review, event identification, loop closure, data analysis, and driving system-wide improvements to enhance patient outcomes and maintain trauma center accreditation readiness.
