Trauma Program Manager

This role collaborates with the trauma program medical director and director to ensure the trauma center delivers quality patient care. The position manages data flow for performance improvement, supervises adherence to Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation standards, and oversees the aggregation and reporting of quality metrics. It also supports maintaining accreditation and assists with the daily operations of the trauma program.
