Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Coordinator position at Sentara Obici Hospital supporting the Surgical Short Stay (SSU) Observation Unit. This full-time, night-shift role (7p–7a with rotating weekends) is based in Suffolk, VA and works in an 18-bed observation/post-procedural unit with typical patient stays up to two days. The role provides clinical leadership and supports quality and safety initiatives within a highly collaborative nursing team.
