Rooms Controller

The Rooms Controller strategically manages room inventory and assignments to optimize availability, support revenue strategy, and enhance the guest experience. This role partners closely with Reservations, Revenue Management, Group, Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping to balance the house, maximize sellable inventory, and ensure effective management of leisure and group reservations. The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills to balance guest preferences, operational needs, and revenue objectives.
