The Housekeeping Supervisor works with the Housekeeping Manager to supervise housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring product quality standards are met and optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.

Responsibilities

Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients
Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and good repair
Assist with training of employees and ensuring they have necessary tools and equipment
