Alpha Generation
AlphaGen is seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer to provide fleet-wide engineering support for rotating equipment programs, focusing on pump reliability, motor performance, turbines, and related assets across a 24‑plant, 12‑GW power generation fleet. The role leads inspections, condition monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting outage planning and collaborating with plant teams, OEMs, and vendors.
